Business Analyst - Product Owner

We are looking for a Business Analyst - Product Owner who will be working for one of our client, an EU institution based in Brussels.

Define business strategy and long-term product vision with stakeholders(internal and external);
Serve as primary liaison between development team and stakeholders;
Analyze complex business needs and model them into user stories and features;
Manage and refine the Product Backlog, prioritizing items based on business needs;
Plan and deliver increments during Sprints, presenting demos as required;
Collaborate closely with Technical Leader/Scrum Master throughout development lifecycle;
Provide clarifications, solve problems, and drive decisions;
Support resolution of production issues and ensure delivery of high-quality software;
Continuously learn and gain domain knowledge in Intellectual Property.

Master's degree with 10+ years experience OR Bachelor's degree with 14+ years experience;
Proven experience in product ownership or business analysis in software development;
Excellent capability to deconstruct requirements into user stories and lead analysis-related activities, like market research;
Strong analytical and communication skills;
Proficiency in Agile methodologies;
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
