HR Generalist

Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs;
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HR information system;
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes;
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination;
- Provide support in employee relations matters, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions;
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits and leave programs;
- Conduct new hire orientations and HR training sessions;
- Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans;
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Prior experience in an HR role or HR internship is preferred;
- Basic knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws;
- Strong organizational and administrative skills;
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software;
- High level of professionalism and a positive attitude.
