Description
The Area Sales Manager will be in charge of developing and implementing a sales plan that ensures attainment of sales goals for our Entertainment business (Projection & Digital Cinema) in Central & South-Eastern Europe:
- Implement a sales model strategy that is appropriate for the related products and services;
- Develop and negotiate proposals, sales quotations, and commercial agreements;
- Liaise with resellers (channel sales), external partners and internal departments/ stakeholders to maximize sales and to create a 'customer first' environment;
- Manage and interprete data entry into the CRM to track business opportunities;
- Capture and deliver critical market information to better plan and deliver new solutions;
- The Area Sales Manager will be based in our company headquarters in Belgium (Kortrijk) but will travel extensively to the assigned region (up to 70%).
Qualifications
- You are a Master in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field;
- You have experience in sales management in a B-2-B environment (project sales);
- Extensive negotiating, commercial thinking and communication skills (Dutch, French and English);
- High level of autonomy with good analytical and problem solving skills. Sense of ownership;
- Willing to travel frequently (70%).
