What you will be doing:

  • Handle the general ledger accounting (incl. analytical division of accounts);
  • Prepare the monthly and annual closing of several international companies (US Gaap);
  • Prepare the monthly reporting;
  • Prepare the statutory accounts and assist in preparing the tax returns;
  • Preparation of the VAT returns;
  • Communicate with several people (business);
  • Assist in the consolidation process;
  • Follow up on sensitive expenses and fixed assets;
  • Cash planning and cash flow statements;
  • Supervision of other entities;
  • Other ad hoc analyses.

What you bring:

  • Minimum bachelor’s in accounting and taxes;
  • 4 to 6 years of experience;
  • Having worked in an international environment is an asset;
  • Excellent knowledge of French and English;
  • Good IT skills (especially Excel) and Oracle EBS;
  • Proven experience and knowledge on Belgian and US GAAP;
  • Team worker, hands-on, Ownership, Dedication & Handle Change are basic requirements;
  • Able to handle deadlines;
  • Able to work independently and to take up actions proactively & responsibility.

Added bonus if you have:

  • Ability to work within a multinational company;
  • Knowledge of the Dutch language is considered a plus.
