The Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for developing, creating and managing the marketing communications activity including integrated campaigns, thought leadership pieces, and media engagement to support the overall business development strategy and brand positioning of the company.
Objectives for the role, include but are not limited to, raising brand awareness and visibility, promoting the company’s value proposition, solutions, in-house expertise and people, strengthening the company’s position as a thought leader via engaging content, enhancing audience experience for stakeholders, and promoting the company as a great place to work. The role requires extensive marketing and communications experience as well as proven project management and people management skills.
The role is responsible for content creation and managing the day to day relationship with our retained communications agency. It also requires excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to write for different channels, as well as attention to detail, flexibility and adaptability. The candidate should be able to manage her/his own time, be a quick learner, organized and professional, with a good understanding of and an active interest in the media, news, financial services and current affairs.
