BIPAR, the European Federation of Insurance Intermediaries, is currently looking for a communication/office assistant (M/F).

Starting date: As soon as possible

Main responsibilities:

You will be part of a small team (8 persons) and support the Director and your colleagues in managing the diaries, organising meetings and appointments, organising events, managing social medias, website, brochures promoting the work and the image of the Federation.

Profile:

  • You have a Bachelor/Master or equivalent in communication/office/event management;
  • You have an excellent command of English and French, any other European language is an asset;
  • You are organised, methodical, conscientious, with a good sense of team work;
  • You have excellent planning skills;
  • You have experience with social media and MS office applications;
  • 2-3 years experience is a plus.
