Implement marketing led growth initiatives through playbooks (standard operation procedures) around a.o. segmentation, where to play and how to win approaches, value proposition definition methodologies, segment and category plans and targeting and positioning;
Develop, implement and embed a marketing excellence framework within the Group, and generate advocacy for the program, leveraging best practices based on internal and external benchmarks;
Promote and apply industry leading marketing techniques and tools across the marketing organisation to drive effectiveness and efficiency;
Propose and implement the overall marketing planning cycle and review process across the Group in line with regional strategic priorities and establish marketing KPI’s, monitor ROI and develop insights and action plans accordingly;
Create and lead a process to identify and review market potential (based on where to play methodology) in close cooperation with commercial excellence and strategy where relevant;
Leverage marketing capabilities to better identify new product requirements, unmet customer needs and to optimize Aliaxis portfolio of offerings, in close cooperation with segment management;
Be the marketing representative in developing the Aliaxis Innovation Model, ensuring the right marketing input to better identify new product requirements, unmet customer needs and to optimize Aliaxis portfolio of offerings;
Develop training programs for marketing to create common language and to increase the maturity of the marketing organisation at large.
Required Experience and Knowledge:
University degree in Economics, Marketing, or similar by relevant experience, MBA a plus;
10 years of work experience in marketing: understanding of key marketing processes; experience with market research and creating market intelligence; segment and category management experience;
Proven experience in successfully creating and implementing a marketing excellence function, ideally in a manufacturing Multinational.
Excellent written and verbal skills in English. Any additional language is a plus;
