We are looking for a rockstar head of marketing (B2B) to join our team and fuel our growth.
Proactive and passionate, eager to learn and teach every single day;
Methodical and analytical in approach to managing and resourcing multiple diverse projects;
Excellent understanding of the B2B sales and marketing funnel in a B2B startup/scale-up environment;
A proven track record in marketing operations, lead generation and campaign management;
Forward thinking, ability to spot future challenges and potential pitfalls;
Degree in a relevant field or equivalent relevant experience;
Fluent in English. French and/or Dutch is a plus;
5+ years of experience.
As head of marketing, you will be the key generator of new leads for our sales team. We will need you to increase our lead generation volume and quality, in a sustainable and scalable way;
You will define and implement the best growth strategy to get there, from planning multichannel online to leading offline marketing actions in collaboration with our sales team. You will be continuously balancing the marketing mix to stay on track with KPI goals;
We need you to be super analytical, and be able to put relevant reporting in place to make data-driven decisions, and adapt our strategy when needed;
We’ll also need you to have technical knowledge and skills, and master inbound and outbound marketing strategy tools, website optimization, SEO as a minimum;
You'll be travelling to our different offices in London, Paris and New York to implement our marketing strategy and adapt it to the local market;
Since the marketing team will be growing, the position will include recruiting and people management, so you should be a leader too, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
