What we are looking for:

Our success is due to our excellent team of consultants and researchers and we are now looking to strengthen our team with the profile of: Administrative Assistant.

The Administrative Assistant will ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the office, notably by:

  • Assisting the Office Manager with various administrative tasks;
  • Ordering office and kitchen supplies;
  • Organising office meetings/workshops, arranging catering;
  • Managing company LinkedIn account and staff intranet;
  • Handling registrations to conferences and trainings;
  • Organising travel bookings for internal staff and possible externals;
  • Reconciling travel expenses and helping with accountancy-related filings;
  • Formatting documents;
  • Handling basic IT tasks and issues in the office, liaising with external IT support and service providers when needed;
  • Handling incoming calls.

What we need:

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree;
  • Excellent IT skills and knowledge of MS Office suite, particularly Sharepoint;
  • Fluent (written & spoken) English, minimum conversational French, additional EU language preferred but not essential;
  • Self-motivation; team spirit; eye for detail;
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to multi-task and prioritise workload;
  • 0-2 years of professional experience.
