The Digital Marketing Manager (Paid Social) is responsible for developing and leading the activation of the paid social strategy. You will be the key contact for all paid social channels, work with the senior management team to help with the overall performance marketing strategy and your role will be both hands-on as well as strategic. The Digital Marketing Manager (Paid Social) will create a strategy to drive traffic to the website and app, as well as most importantly drive acquisition and ROAS. You will create, execute and optimise all Paid Social Campaigns utilise alternative Paid Social channels, test different creatives, and varying audience segments. You should have a passion for data, make decisions based upon data and report using data. You will have full P+L accountability, focusing on both top and bottom-line growth.
This role reports into the Head of Marketing Technology at Aion.
