About the Role

  • From channel strategy set-up to execution and post-launch analysis you actively contribute as Digital Marketer to all phases of SWIFT's digital communication management.
  • You have a good understanding of SWIFT's positioning and products & service's portfolio and you are able to translate the organisation's strategy into a structured, efficient and appealing omnichannel communication on the digital channels on which SWIFT is present.
  • Based on the briefings being provided by the Marketing department you build with the support of your colleagues relevant digital communication recommendation. You implement consequently the approved recommendation with the support of the content marketers and with the support of digital experts and agencies.
  • You share with all members of the team the objective to improve the digital user experience of SWIFT's customers and prospects and to increase the adoption and usage of SWIFT's digital channels. All this leading ultimately to more or better qualified traffic, increase in goal completion and generation of new contacts and leads for sales.
  • This is a technical role, therefore, we are looking for someone who has technical mindset and keen to be involved in digital strategy.


Digital communication strategy & conception:

  • You contribute to the definition of the global digital channels strategy developed and driven by the management and by the Digital Marketing Manager.
  • After analysis of your internal customer’s needs you recommend together with the management and with the support of the team adequate digital communication strategy (positioning, digital user’s journeys, digital channels selection & usage…).
  • After the approval of your digital recommendation by your internal customers you produce efficient communication briefings by providing integration guidance, sitemap and information architecture’s proposals, rough content, tone of voice… to the content marketers and to the resources in charge of the production.

Digital production & publishing:

  • You can produce any multilingual digital project using the appropriate production & publishing tool (CMS, HTML editors, Campaigns management's software…). You have a strong knowledge of all of them.
  • You perform quality controls on your production by organising peers review and by using quality validation and optimisation software.
  • You suggest production tool’s improvements for increase of the team’s productivity, based on rationale and documented business analysis.
  • You coordinate the digital copywriting tasks between the internal customers and the copywriters and you contribute to the proofreading.
  • You coordinate content translations with the translation agency as primary contact (or as back up to your colleague).
  • You test production & publishing tool new functionalities and participate to IT deployments when new software and users interfaces are released in production.
  • You manage interfaces (back-end and front-end) and content troubleshooting by taking rapidly appropriate corrective actions and by documenting bugs.

Digital efficiency’s measurement & analysis:

  • You measure the efficiency of the production by using analytics, by reviewing user’s feedback and by proposing improvement suggestions.

CMS tool ownership:

  • As part of this position you will be growing into the role of business owner and primary business analyst of the CMS used by the team to manage the website. You will act as the alter-ego of the IT owner of that tool and you represent the team within technical related meetings;
  • Within the team you are responsible of the tool business governance and evolution: you ensure that it remains up-to-date and adequate to meet the production’s needs and the productivity, you elaborate the requirements when new needs arise and you collaborate with IT in order to upgrade them, you manage the user acceptance testing before new development goes to production.

Project Management:

  • You manage a variety of projects in parallel and you organize your working time adequately in order to stick to your deadlines.


  • Master in digital communication, digital marketing, multimedia or journalism
  • Good understanding of SWIFT’s business, positioning and product portfolio or able to quickly acquire this knowledge on the job
  • Communication skills: assertiveness, active listening, problem solving skills, good negotiator, sense of aesthetics, creative, capable to synthesise complex information, sense for structure and content architecture
  • Digital marketing: SEO, usability, e-mail and content marketing
  • Technical:
    • 5y+ proven experience of digital content & campaign management as webmaster and/or digital marketer, experience with Drupal is an asset
    • HTML, CSS, basic knowledge of Javascript
    • Google Analytics
    • Basic knowledge of images editors (Photoshop, InDesign…)
    • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Basecamp, Monday…)
    • Experience with optimisation software and on line services like Page Speed, Yslow, GTMetrix, Woorank, Google Marketing Platform… is an asset
  • Languages: strong level of English.
