Administrative management of the benefits (insurances, bonus, meal voucher, flexible income plan...);
Gathering and providing all the payroll data in case of social/fiscal control;
You identify (and implement) continually the area improvements by simplification, automation and digitalisation of our processes;
You collaborate in and lead projects linked to Payroll & administration within the western Europe area (Belgium/France/Netherlands);
You continuously monitor the most recent developments and trends within your specific field of expertise in order to ensure compliance with legal changes in all entities, and to offer our employees a modern Comp&Ben offering.
The ideal candidate profile to take on this challenge:
Bachelor’s or Master degree. A specialization in Human Resources is a plus;
Excellent knowledge in social law.
You have at least 10 years of experience in a similar position.
Your professional skills
Strong background as Payroll Specialist;
End-to-end payroll knowledge;
Strong Excel skills;
Knowledge of eBlox and SAP is a big advantage;
Knowledge of various payroll systems;
Excellent attention to detail;
Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure;
Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills;
Ability to lead projects linked to Payroll & Administration;
