As Business Development & Product manager you are responsible for:
Managing the product portfolio that reflects our customers’ needs. You manage the portfolio from conceptual product development till end of life.
Elaborating the business development strategy, incl. 5 years financial plan. To achieve this ambitious goal, you will closely co-operate with customers and sales to identify customer needs, prioritize and translate into to an ROI project plan.
Steering product development activities and monitoring PE Business targets.
Launching products in line with business targets. You work out the product positioning, USP, branding – and marketing strategy.
Actively supporting the sales organization in implementing the marketing strategy and reaching targets, further developing markets and distribution channels for the PE product line.
Actively co-operating/managing projects that further leverage business opportunities and results.
Master Or Phd in Materials Technology, Chemistry or Engineering with a specialty in electronics.
Strong technical background and interest in (Printed) Electroncis (capacitors, battery, sensors,…) is a must.
Background or experience in sales/marketing within a B2B environment in a multidisciplinary context is a plus.
Experienced/knowledge of Printed Electronics market is a strong asset.
Commercial understanding of customer needs and able to translate these needs into an R&D environment.

Communication skills, able to build and maintain networks.
Flexible and able to deal with change.
Fluent in English. Any other language is an asset.
