As customer service representative you make sure that customer requirements are met in terms of quality and timelines. You take care of all customer complaints/problems and look for the appropriate solution.
Ensure customer satisfaction;
Ensure timely, accurate order entry;
Ensure compliance with appropriate policies and procedures;
Handle customer phone calls, e-mails.
Bachelor or Master Degree;
Customer driven, customer handling skills;
Excellent communication skills in English, French, German and/or at least one other European language (advantage).
