The Global CRM Project Lead translates the CRM strategy into CRM projects, optimises the way the CRM platform is being used and coordinates CRM projects on a global level.
You will be the business lead in different CRM projects that are part of our digital transformation program. You drive the scoping of the projects and are responsible for the timing, quality, resource allocation and delivery of the projects.
You translate our omnichannel CRM strategy into CRM projects that will help to acquire and retain customers and maximise sales.
You have a great understanding of how the business works with the CRM tools and you gather & manage all business requests regarding these tools. You are the bridge between the sales, marketing & customer service teams and the IT teams.
While you work in a global role, you pay close attention to regional differences in order to translate the global strategy into a regional approach.
You monitor the progress of the overall CRM program, follow up with other project leads and develop timelines and a resource planning.
You are responsible for cross-departmental communication and collaboration on the topic of CRM. You frequently communicate about the different projects & align with the stakeholders.
A master’s degree and minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Proven track record of project management in an international context.
Good knowledge of CRM strategy and platforms (preferably Salesforce).
Knowledge of lead nurturing and customer segmentation tactics.
You are great at stakeholder management and in change management.
Proactive mentality and ability to work independently and in a team.
You are a problem-solver and critical thinker with a focus on the customer.
