Mission

You manage the Global HR Process Office, which is responsible for the all global HR Processes and the realization of many global HR projects covering the initial brainstorming, the investigation and leverage of best practices and the roll out.

You work closely together with other members of the global HR Team. Together with the heads of the different Centers of Excellence (Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development) you work out the complete process flow. Together with the regional HR Managers you work on the implementation.

Tasks

  • Manage HR Process Office team of 5 employees with focus on team integration and role division, knowledge sharing and back-up;
  • Lead the team through the transition from a SAP solution to a SuccessFactors environment;
  • Lead the team through operational support model simplification and standardization: introduce a support ticketing system, create a self-service Q&A and activity review and automate more processes;
  • Be the main point of contact for global HR data related processes, queries and reporting. Monitor HR data management process and work on the improvement of the standard HR data reports;
  • Be a sparring partner for centers of excellence and their processes implementation, coordination or improvement. Also work together with HR colleagues in the countries to realize the improvement initiatives and to create buy-in for the projects;
  • Develop, implement and ensure alignment of HR Processes and translate these processes and policies into structured global procedures and/or projects;
  • Implement new L&D programs and translate L&D initiatives in working processes and tools. Also report on Performance Management Process as requested;
  • Coordinate HR processes (merit and talent review process, comp & ben remuneration commitments; etc.) including HR training, master data quality issue follow-up, data distribution, collection and consolidation;
  • Collaborate with the IT department to ensure software packages fit in the Agfa-standard and are documented;
  • Look for best practices inside and outside the (HR) organization and try to leverage this on a global scale.

Profile

We are looking for following skills to take on this challenge:

  • Master degree in Economics or IT;
  • Experience of +5 years in a global organization (related to, or preferably in, HR);
  • Good knowledge of MS office Tools, HR Cloud Solutions (Succesfactors), ERP systems (SAP);
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Strong project management skills;
  • Good business understanding with strong stakeholder management skills;
  • Very strong communication skills in English, oral and written;
