You manage the Global HR Process Office, which is responsible for the all global HR Processes and the realization of many global HR projects covering the initial brainstorming, the investigation and leverage of best practices and the roll out.
You work closely together with other members of the global HR Team. Together with the heads of the different Centers of Excellence (Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development) you work out the complete process flow. Together with the regional HR Managers you work on the implementation.
