5G Core Lead Solution Architect

Our Great Opportunity!
We are now looking for a Solution Architect, who will be responsible for the deployment of end-to-end 5G Core Networks technical solutions in a customer environment, and for technical project management activities including test strategy, test object list, risk management, customer acceptance.
You will
- Define, craft and deploy solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions;
- Write High Level Design documentation;
- Develop and perform technical customer presentations;
- Liaise with Lead Solution Architect from the Customer;
- Handle end-to-end Technical Project Management activities during solution deployment;
- Lead test preparation, test object list, test system and test execution;
- Take the lead in validation and customer acceptance activities, collaborate with customer, decide when to put a network element in production;
- Identify and drive improvements and new methodologies (incl. CICD, Devops).
To be successful in the role you must have
- Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom);
- Min 10 years’ experience in Telecommunications in a similar role;
- Leadership skills, ability to handle a validation project, to mobilize all contributors, to drive towards results;
- Coaching & Mentoring Skills;
- Planning, organizing, leading & supervising;
- Applying Expertise & Technology;
- Customer oriented and teammate;
- Experience as lead solution architect or lead integration engineer in mobile packet core networks (EPC, 5GC);
- Experience with cloud-based networks (NFVI, Open Stack, Kubernetes).
