Experience required

  • Min. 3 years experience in HR administration and/or assistance within the personnel department.

Technical/Theoretical knowledge, skills and expertise

  • Basic understanding of employment law and payroll regulations/legislation;
  • Good active knowledge on the Belgian statutory vacation regulations and practical expertise with vacation calculations;
  • Practical experience with flexible income plan;
  • Affinity with IT;
  • Applied knowledge of MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook;
  • Knowledge of eBlox and MS Dynamics-AX is an important asset;
  • Excels in administrative process management and opimization.

Education

  • Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline (HR, Office Management,..).
