Experience required
- Min. 3 years experience in HR administration and/or assistance within the personnel department.
Technical/Theoretical knowledge, skills and expertise
- Basic understanding of employment law and payroll regulations/legislation;
- Good active knowledge on the Belgian statutory vacation regulations and practical expertise with vacation calculations;
- Practical experience with flexible income plan;
- Affinity with IT;
- Applied knowledge of MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook;
- Knowledge of eBlox and MS Dynamics-AX is an important asset;
- Excels in administrative process management and opimization.
Education
- Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline (HR, Office Management,..).
