Responsibilities and Duties

As an Association Coordinator, you are the key point-of-contact for several associations. Supported by the team, you will ensure the effective delivery of the workplan, nurture client relationships, and help identify opportunities for development. You will also have the chance to contribute to the development of the practice.

  • General secretariat coordination and administration;
  • Member administration and engagement (onboarding, renewals, support, directory management);
  • Financial administration (budget, general ledger, payments, liaison with accountant);
  • Outreach and communication (website & social channel updates, newsletters, campaigns);
  • A-Z coordination of governance meetings and events including agenda setting & minuting;
  • Compliance management (legal & fiscal filings, privacy,..);
  • IAM Practice standards & development (standards, communication, new opportunities).

Skills & Qualifications

  • Higher educational degree or equivalent in relevant area;
  • At least 5 years work experience, at least 2 years in an association or alliance;
  • Excellent English (C2 CEFR), excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Excellent digital literacy (MS Office, web & social media, ability to learn new tools);
  • Excellent project and time management skills & ability to independently coordinate projects;
  • Full understanding of the association business model and association compliance;
  • Pro-active, dynamic and resourceful with a willingness to develop and learn;
  • Cultural competency & experience in working in international environments.
