The European Youth Forum represents 107 major youth organisations, who themselves represent around 6000 grassroots organisations. This brings together tens of millions of young people from all over Europe to engage at European and global levels with one voice.
The Youth Forum works to empower young people to participate actively in society. In the current uncertain political and social context that affects young people, they are powerful catalysts for positive change.
The European Youth Forum is looking for an Operations & Finance Director. The Director supervises and oversees the work of the Human Resources Coordinator, Finance Ofﬁcer and Operations Ofﬁcer and reports to the Secretary General.
You do not need to have all of these experiences. A majority of them and a willingness to learn is more important.
An open ended contract, full time (35 hours per week). The gross monthly salary according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement is 4.787€ .
A relocation package, hospitalisation insurance and other beneﬁts are available. Travel expenses within the Brussels region are covered by the European Youth Forum.
Candidates for this position should be willing to travel and work ﬂexible hours including occasional evenings and weekends when Board and other meetings take place. This position being based in Brussels candidates should be willing to relocate or live in the surrounding area.
