We are looking for a qualified HR Business Partner to oversee all Human Resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals.
Our ideal candidates should have solid experience with HR practices and Employee Management. You will need to create partnerships & support our group and plant managers in all relevant HR fields and work closely with our plant organizations. You become responsible on a group level to HR fields like Employer Branding, Recruiting & Selection or Competency, Learning & Training Management by developing new ideas & suggesting solutions.
Ultimately, you should be able to act as a consultant on Human Resources Management for a diverse, hands-on organization in an international, inspiring environment.
