We work closely with the EU and International organisations. Our assistance entails setting up a legal structure as well as implementing procedures and management tools.

As we are growing fast, we are seeking a highly motivated Intern to join our team. We offer an attractive working environment within a dynamic and international team. Key Responsibilities

As a junior member of our team you will support our Admin & Finance Team with daily activities ranging from administration/HR to finance:

  • Support the CFO and Admin Manager on a daily basis;
  • Office Management upon request and logistical support for internal and external meetings/events;
  • Help develop and maintain computer and manual filing systems according to the EALD filing tree, monitor accurate placement and ensure staff access to e-copies of EALD policies and procedures;
  • Draft routine correspondence upon request;
  • Support the communication with stakeholders, clients and suppliers;
  • Keep up-to-date asset lists/inventories of all materials;
  • Assist with the onboarding and installation of new staff members;
  • Help maintain payroll data;
  • Help prepare Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents;
  • Other additional administration tasks upon request;
  • Handle sensitive Information in a confidential manner;
  • Support the Admin & Finance Team during internal audit, preparation of budget and cost controlling;
  • Provide general accounting support;
  • May perform additional projects.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree and/or vocational training in Business Administration, International Relations, Political Sciences or any related field;
  • Understanding of data privacy standards, integrity and honesty;
  • Understanding of EU Law and Policies and previous experience within international associations/trade associations/EU Institutions is an asset;
  • Superior attention to details and organizational skills;
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Canva;
  • Ability to function under pressure and to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Some previous experience in Admin & Finance is preferred;
  • Some previous experience in the Renewable Energy Sector is a plus;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (some knowledge of French is preferred, any other language is a plus);
  • Eligible to work in Belgium.

What we offer

  • Type of Contract: Belgian “contract d’immersion professionnelle” (Bruxelles formation), meal vouchers and transport allowance;
  • Starting date: immediate/as soon as possible for a contract period of 6 months (possibility of renewal) – ideally no later than 10/07/2021;
  • Job Type: Full-time, Internship.
