The Senior Manager in Sales Strategy will define and perform the new strategic sales plan in EMEA aiming at generating business expansion and growth, in a context of tools and cultural transformation within the Sales team. He/she will be also steering the business planning and performance field and lead and mentor a business analyst in his/her team.
The Senior Manager will be responsible for developing a go-to-market Sales strategy for our new products and portfolio extension (incl. the new Radisson Collection brand, Resorts, Apartments) as well as our Leisure segment. He/she will also identify and articulate new initiatives (eg. Bleisure business) and new markets to develop in EMEA. He/she will also develop the expansion from a traditional Corporate business to a 360 offer that enables to capture short break and weekend gateway business.
Additional responsibilities include the preparation of insightful material for the team’s participation in key strategic conferences with the Senior stakeholders of the Sales team to contribute in the formulation of the strategy and winning aspiration of the division. Also, he/she will take part in specific customer forums and panels while representing RHG (Radisson Hotel Group) and developing trusting and respectful business partnerships.
The Senior Strategic Manager must me characterized by having extremely strong problem-solving skills and high ability to identify business opportunities. Moreover, strong communication skills are needed to articulate the findings in both small and larger groups (meetings and on stage).
