JOB DESCRIPTION

As an HR Business Partner, you will join our HR team and you will be assigned to serve specific departments in our organization. Your role is to act as a trusted advisor on all people related matters by providing coaching, guidance, advice, and assistance to people managers and employees on HR issues and initiatives.

Your main duties will be:

  • Provide HR support and advice on human resources issues to both People Managers and employees related to organizational structure, recruitment, performance management, learning and talent development, compensation & benefits, and policies & procedures;
  • Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to collect the recruitment needs, monitor the recruitment process, conduct the HR interview and handle the job offer process;
  • Support the employer branding actions and campaigns and participate in career events;
  • Implement the annual performance review process, facilitate the calibration meeting and provides advice to different stakeholders throughout the year;
  • Collect the training needs, monitors the evolution of the individual development plans and provide input to the Learning & Talent Development Team;
  • Build communication channels with employees and stay updated on work-related matters;
  • Implement Human Resources policies and procedures; Collaborate closely with all HR functions and provide input from and to the business;
  • Use HR metrics and analytics and performs weekly meetings with People Managers providing input on all HR related functions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

If you have:

  • At least 4 years of proven work experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role;
  • BSc/MSc in Human Resources or another relevant degree;
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines, practices & methodologies;
  • Proficient in MS Office, HRIS systems (preferably SAP & SuccessFactors), and ATS;
  • Ability to acquire fast a thorough understanding of the strategy and business of assigned departments;
  • Fluency in English and French is required - knowledge of the Dutch language will be a plus;
  • Relevant experience in the ICT sector will be considered as an asset;
  • Strong interpersonal & presentation skills;
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders across the organization;
  • Availability for travelling to Luxembourg.
