Description

Aliaxis is currently looking for a Commercial Excellence Lead – Pricing. The position is responsible for delivering profitable growth through Commercial Excellence, driving efficiency & lead generation through Salesforce effectiveness best practices, improving our profitability through Portfolio Management and Pricing (PMP). Based upon the ABM (Aliaxis Business Model) playbook, it will define together with the local country teams a clear roadmap with tangible actions to improve performance and track progress.

Reporting into the Head of Commercial Excellence EMEA, you will handle the following responsibilities:

Drive change

  • Accountable for deployment and progression of commercial transformation rollout in close cooperation with Local ComEx Managers and alignment with the EMEA methodology
  • Act as an expert in your field and facilitates tailoring to business needs
  • Optimize our pricing architectures across the region to drive profitable growth
  • Recommend changes in sales governance and structure in support of the growth plans.
  • Ensure sustainable transformation is embedded in the local organisation by designing an action catalogue supporting the key changes and a work plan to implement these before handing over the project to local line management

Program/project set-up

  • Propose a roll-out schedule for the PMP stream across the Division
  • Lead the deployment project; manages and coordinates the team and resources to ensure impact delivery
  • Support the local team in every phase of the program: Diagnostic, Action, Learnings, Sustain.

Support execution

  • Support the Commercial Excellence rollout project in cooperation with Local Commercial directors & ComEx leads ensuring targets are met and quality of the work is high
  • Define the project target state, work plan and works streams focusing on impact together with the local champion and team
  • Lead and drive the deployment post-project during the sustain phase
  • Communicate critical issues in order to realize business solutions without disturbing ongoing processes. Escalates critical bottlenecks.

Tracking and monitoring

  • Support local teams in implementation and impact delivery: enablers, leading and lagging indicators
  • Facilitate the monthly calls with the local units.

Other

  • Share best practices within the division
  • Support other streams when needed such

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree (or equivalent) with 10+ years work experience
  • 5+ years sales management experience in a B2B context
  • Experience with Commercial Excellence
  • Experience in the areas of pricing analytics, reporting, execution of pricing strategies and support to pricing strategy development and decisions is an asset.
  • Experience dealing with senior management stakeholders, comfortable operating in a matrix
  • Able to diagnose both challenges and opportunities and convert them into actions and tangible results
  • Project management skills
  • Experience leading teams is a plus
  • Strong drive, leadership and influencing skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Proven efficiency in Microsoft Office suite, PowerBI & Microsoft CRM Dynamics
  • Languages ENG and FR, third European language would be beneficial
  • Collaborative attitude
