The Premium Commercial, Healthcare, Industrial, Regional Sales Leader Belgium & Luxemburg will lead a team of sales professionals to deliver a 2021 Annual Operating Plan (AOP). The team will be comprised of sales professionals across the defined region.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive orders growth in the assigned vertical markets within the specified region/geography.
  • Meet or exceed the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Define and execute vertical market strategy to achieve AOP.
  • Develop, Coach, and Retain talented sales team to deliver AOP. Provide performance management if required.
  • Assign incentive quota targets for all sellers.
  • Provide accurate weekly forecast for orders within Salesforce.Com/NEX platform. Includes overall orders forecast along with forecast for Install and Service lines of business.
  • Consistently meet the orders forecast on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Coach and mentor sales personnel in establishing professional relationships with appropriate levels of client decision makers.
  • Create a robust pipeline Service and Install opportunities within the Account base for the assigned Verticals and Geography.
  • Coach/mentor team to create robust pursuit plans for each pursuit.
  • Coach/mentor team to create robust account plans for selected customers.
  • Assess team’s sales activities/forecasts to determine sales progress and required improvements.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to achieve sales goals.
  • Be the Executive Sponsor for selected Accounts.

You must have:

  • BA/BSc degree in business or a technical related field of study from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven sales leadership/management experience of 5 or more direct reports.
  • Significant quota carrying sales experience.
  • Led a sales team generating 20M or more in revenue.
  • Led a sales team of 5 or more account managers/service consultants.

  • Strong knowledge of end-users and construction ecosystem. Includes general contractors, mechanical contractors, electrical contractors, consulting engineers, and architects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required.
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
