Job Overview

The purpose of the HR officer role is to play a key role in supporting the HR operations and employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding steps.

Specifically, the person is responsible for running the administrative part of these activities, ensuring the HR operations are compliant with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

What you’ll do

  • HR operations support: you will be responsible for the administrative part of HR operations, including employees’ moves (entries, exits, internal mobility, etc). You will take an active part in the onboarding and offboarding experiences, in charge of setting up employees’ files and ensuring they are fully compliant with the internal procedures;
  • Time and attendance: you will be the main point of contact for employees’ time and attendance follow up and reporting with internal and external stakeholders. In that regards, you will specifically follow up on employees’ annual leave and specific leaves (sickness, parental leaves, etc…);
  • Employees benefits follow up: you will be in charge of managing the employees’ benefits (car leasing, health insurance, etc..). In that regards, you will be actively engaged in the communication with employees as well as with suppliers. As a central point of contact, you will ensure you provide appropriate information to all stakeholders and keep files up to date.

How to succeed

  • Skills: Experience in HR processes and operations and in operating with HR Information Systems;
  • Competences: Strong interpersonal & Listening skills, Organizing & Executing in a flawless manner, attention to details Analyzing & Proactivity;
  • Work Experience: around 2+ years in HR matter;
  • Education : University or College degree;
  • Language: French mandatory and English fluent.
