To further that growth, we are looking for an analytical & creative Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist. You'll be a part of our acquisition team and report to our Growth Marketing Manager. By increasing our conversion and order value you'll help us grow exponentially and show the world what an earplug should sound, look and feel like!
What you'll do
Together with the rest of the growth marketing team, you will build and implement a CRO strategy to increase our return on investment by:
- Managing key conversion points in the marketing funnel;
- managing and optimizing landing pages, website calls-to-actions and lead-generating forms;
- Defining, running and analyzing A/B tests and measuring their performance;
- Optimizing our website design in Shopify;
- Designing great converting landing pages.
- Your goal will be to increase average order value;
- You will help customers understand our product via UI/UX improvements;
- You'll monitor KPIs to make data driven decisions;
- You'll brief and collaborate with our creative team and copywriters for blogging, email, social media...
Requirements
- You have minimum 3 years of experience in a growth marketing or conversion optimization role;
- You have a data driven and process orientated mindset;
- You have experience in planning out and managing projects end-to-end;
- You're a highly organized 'doer', who takes initiatives and executes them;
- You're known for your general awesomeness and your sense of humor.
