We are looking for a Junior Personal Assistant to join Frontier in our Brussels office on a permanent basis. Our growing Brussels office is made up of c.14 people and the successful candidate will support the office on Facilities and Office Management.
This role sits as part of a wider team of c.25 PAs and EAs, spread across our 7 EU Offices. They work together collaboratively to ensure smooth running and effective administration support to colleagues across the business. The role will report to the Practice Co-ordination Team Lead, reporting into the Director of Facilities, but will involve the candidate working closely on a day-to-day basis with the Senior PA in Brussels and wider Brussels team.
This description is only a guide to what might be required but the following provides an overview of the core responsibilities in this role. Specific tasks/assignments will be agreed with the Team Lead, and delegated by the Senior PA, dependent on the requirements across the business.

We are encouraging a 60:40 split either way, with a full-time colleague typically being in the office 2-3 days a week. In addition we provide 28 days annual leave with the option to purchase an additional 10.
