Description

Aliaxis is currently looking for a Commercial Excellence Lead - Growth. The position is responsible for delivering profitable growth through Commercial Excellence, driving efficiency & lead generation through Salesforce effectiveness (SFE) best practices Based upon our Commercial Excellence playbooks, he/she will define together with the local country teams a clear roadmap with tangible actions to improve performance and track progress.

Reporting into the Head of Commercial Excellence EMEA, you will handle the following responsibilities:

Drive change

  • Accountable for deployment and progression of commercial transformation rollout in close cooperation with Local sales leadership and alignment with the EMEA methodology;
  • Acts as an expert in his/her field and facilitates tailoring to business needs;
  • Optimize our commercial efficiency across the region;
  • Recommends changes in sales governance, structure and tools in support of the growth plans;
  • Ensures sustainable transformation is embedded in the local organisation by designing an action catalogue supporting the key changes and a work plan to implement these before handing over the project to local line management;
  • Recommends improvements to CRM.

Program/project set-up

  • Proposes a roll-out schedule for the SFE stream across the Division;
  • Leads the deployment project; manages and coordinates the team and resources to ensure impact delivery;
  • Supports the local team in every phase of the program: Diagnostic, Action, Learnings, Sustain.

Support execution

  • Supports the Commercial Excellence rollout project in cooperation with Local Commercial directors & ComEx leads ensuring targets are met and quality of the work is high;
  • Defines the project target state, work plan and works streams focusing on impact together with the local champion and team;
  • Leads and drives the deployment post-project during the sustain phase;
  • Communicates critical issues in order to realize business solutions without disturbing ongoing processes. Escalates critical bottlenecks.

Tracking and monitoring

  • Supports local teams in implementation and impact delivery: enablers, leading and lagging indicators;
  • Facilitates the monthly calls with the local units.

Other

  • Shares best practices within the division;
  • Supports other streams when needed such.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree (or equivalent) with 10+ years’ work experience;
  • 5+ years sales management experience in a B2B context;
  • Experience in the areas of Salesforce Effectiveness, lead generation, sales capabilities, Sales enablement, customer journey and CRM;
  • Experience dealing with senior management stakeholders, comfortable operating in a matrix;
  • Able to diagnose both challenges and opportunities and convert them into actions and tangible results;
  • Project management skills;
  • Strong drive, leadership and influencing skills - experience leading teams is a plus;
  • Exceptional communication skills;
  • Proven efficiency in Microsoft Office suite, PowerBI & Microsoft CRM Dynamics;
  • Fluent in English (another European language would be beneficial);
  • Collaborative attitude.
