As we are improving our Enterprise (ERM) efforts by shaping an integrated, globally aligned framework, we are setting up a dedicated Risk Management function in which you will be the first full time team mate. As Risk Manager EMIA, you will play an important role in the continuous improvement of Bridgestone’s global ERM framework and will be pivotal for its implementation in our EMIA strategic business unit.
You will partner closely with many functional stakeholders both regionally and globally to help identify key enterprise risks and drive the development of risk response strategies to support and protect the execution of our regional and global strategies. You will report to the VP Legal, Compliance and Internal Audit, Chief Risk Officer.
In addition, you will work with all business units and functions to create and maintain an actionable, risk based, and proactive business continuity program.
You may further be tasked to coordinate or support risk management activities in adjacent areas like anti-fraud management, physical security, risk management for Bridgestone EMIA Strategic Initiatives, EMIA Policy Management and Climate Change Risk Management.
