Description:

  • Responsible to coordinate among all marketing disciplines - B2C, B2B, Social media & PR, Digital, loyalty and e-commerce, and area Marketing Heads:
    • Bring a global vision and define guiding principles. Definition and delivery of our key messages;
    • Create a coordinated annual marketing strategy and Go To Market plan according to business needs, and activating our consumers across all our channels;
    • Recommending best allocation of available funds per disciplines and areas to achieve our business goals and ensures the regular follow up of the budget allocation and spending;
    • Providing strategic support and guidance to all Area Marketing Head and coordinate the relation among the areas/region considering feeder markets.
  • Responsible to drive RHG awareness thought the content and content distribution strategy:
    • Define the correct annual strategy for the content generated according to the business needs and brand strategy, and cascade to the field activation team – together with Social, PR;
    • Define strategy and coordinate the relation between feeder and outbound markets;
    • Content distribution - Make sure that the content is distributed properly, assure formats, automatization, and languages, together with creative service;
    • Oversee openings strategy, follow-up and roll-out in coordination with PR and Social Media Team.
  • Responsible to drive conversion and system contribution, thought tactical campaigns and promotions, analyse, enhance, and improve current results/processes;
  • Responsible for developing and leading a strategic Partner Marketing approach:
    • In this role, the B2C Marketing Director will need to demonstrate a positive energy and strategic and leadership capabilities to drive and update global integrated calendar and push synergies across all disciplines and areas securing perfect execution and timelines respect.

Some of the Key Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible to coordinate among all marketing disciplines. Attitude and collaboration skills are key;
  • Support and act as an ambassador of the new non-traditional marketing strategy;
  • Responsible to drive RHG awareness thought the content and content distribution strategy;
  • Transfers the Marketing strategy to concrete operational plans, campaign and activation calendar cross area and disciplines at B2C level;
  • Responsible to drive conversion and system contribution, thought tactical campaigns and promotions, analyse, enhance, and improve current results/processes;
  • Lead the strategic definition and development of a partnership and promotion activation practice aiming at amplifying RHG key messages and positioning with relevant brands and activating new relevant audiences to engage with RHG;
  • Manages department budget, ensuring that costs and departmental inventory is controlled, and that target productivity and performance levels are attained;
  • Actively participates in defining and aligning the Marketing & Communication Strategies across all areas and channels in EMEA for B2C.

  • Proven experience in strategic non-traditional marketing position with similar roles;
  • Experience in brand building and activation with limited budget and thought digital channels;
  • Experience in partnership and media promotion;
  • Digitally savvy;
  • High exposure to technological environments where the e-commerce plays a vital role in the strategy deployment;
  • Solid experience in management;

Job requirements and qualifications:

  • Minimum education: National academic qualifications;
  • Minimum experience: 10+ years of experience in reputed marketing Travel/Leisure/Entertainment/Consumer companies/Upper mid scale companies;
  • Language skills: Very good command of written and spoken English.
