What will be your missions?

Your main mission will be as follows:

• Verification and entry of invoices and expense reports;
• Preparation of supplier payments;
• Bank reconciliations;
• Preparation of the monthly French payroll journals;
• Participation in periodic accounting closings;
• Completing the Year-End audit for France, and participation for all other branches;
• One-off financial analysis;
• Contribution to the drafting and updating of accounting and administrative procedures;
• Support for projects related to the evolution of our internal tool;
• Participation in the preparation of VAT returns;
• Participation in the consolidation of subsidiaries.

What will you need?

• You have a university/bachelor degree in accounting or corporate finance;
• You are familiar with the BEGAAP and essentially FRGAAP standards;
• A first experience in a similar position is a plus;
• You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite - especially Excel;
• You are fluent in English and French;
• You are organized, precise and rigorous;
• You are a real "team player".
