Are you ready to discover the role of a Test Automation Engineer in Netcompany-Intrasoft?

Joining us as a Test Automation Engineer, you will have the opportunity to be a part of our highly skilled agile consultants teams working within large-scale transformation projects, that impact the life of millions of EU citizens. You will be involved in the design, customization, integration, and maintenance of enterprise-scale CRM/CX implementations that are intended mainly in private sector organizations.

As a Test Automation Engineer you will:

Define and create comprehensive test plans and cases based on user stories, use cases, and requirements;
Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts to streamline the testing process;
Coordinate and execute tests, reporting results and ensuring defects are tracked and resolved;
Write and maintain application code to support test scripting requirements;
Assist with the deployment and configuration of testing tools and environments;
Apply quality engineering principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle;
Take ownership of test activities, ensuring thorough coverage and high-quality standards;
Develop and implement a quality strategy, identifying areas for improvement and best practices;
Advocate for Quality Engineering and Continuous Improvement within the organization;
Collaborate closely with stakeholders and team members to define and refine test cases and strategies.

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

Master's Degree with 8+ years or Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years of relevant experience;
Proven experience as a Test Lead with expertise in Test Automation (Java, JavaScript);
Experience with Angular, Spring Boot/Java, and Oracle;
Proficient with Testing Tools (such as Selenium, SoapUI) and performance testing (such as JMeter);
Experience with Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum) and CI/CD development practices;
ISTQB certification or equivalent, with strong skills in designing and implementing testing frameworks;
Automation testing experience for both front-end and back-end, including Web Services/API testing;
Knowledge of REST testing tools and SQL (preferred);
Strong interpersonal skills, decision-making abilities, and adaptability to changing objectives.
