Your tasks
As our office assistant you will:
- be the first point of contact for all visitors;
- handle all incoming calls and e-mails and refer them – if required – to the correct person;
- be responsible for the travel bookings for our personnel;
- handle the administrative duties regarding logistics admin (receiving goods/packages, processes POs,..).
The ideal Candidate has
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience;
- Strong knowledge of MS Office;
- Experience with travel bookings in a corporate environment;
- A hands-on mentality and is willing to take on different tasks when required;
- Strong communication skills in English, any other language is a plus.
