Your tasks

As our office assistant you will:

  • be the first point of contact for all visitors;
  • handle all incoming calls and e-mails and refer them – if required – to the correct person;
  • be responsible for the travel bookings for our personnel;
  • handle the administrative duties regarding logistics admin (receiving goods/packages, processes POs,..).

The ideal Candidate has

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience;
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office;
  • Experience with travel bookings in a corporate environment;
  • A hands-on mentality and is willing to take on different tasks when required;
  • Strong communication skills in English, any other language is a plus.
