As the Net Revenue Manager at Zoetis Benelux, you will play a pivotal role in transforming financial and market data into actionable strategies that maximize profitability and drive business growth.
By analysing and interpreting pricing dynamics, revenue trends, and market opportunities, you will provide valuable insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategic planning to optimize net revenue outcomes.
The Net Revenue Manager is integral in developing comprehensive analyses, tools, and dashboards to monitor key financial metrics, pricing performance, and profitability indicators. Your work will empower stakeholders to assess progress, identify opportunities for improvement, and make informed decisions based on real-time revenue analysis.
Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing pricing strategies, improving operational efficiency, and driving the overall financial performance and competitiveness of Zoetis Benelux.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Analysis Responsibilities:
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations in revenue and pricing data.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key financial insights and findings to stakeholders effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide tailored analytical solutions to address revenue and pricing challenges.
- Perform ad hoc analyses and research to answer specific business questions, support decision-making, and drive revenue optimization.
- Stay informed on emerging trends and best practices in data analytics, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Translate analytical insights into actionable, clear, and concise recommendations for stakeholders across the organization.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with local and international teams through high-quality interactions and exceptional service delivery.
- Develop and implement bespoke solutions for stakeholders, leveraging all available resources and analytical tools to address their unique needs.
- Collaborate effectively at all organizational levels, ensuring alignment and shared understanding of goals and strategies.

KEY SKILLS
Capability in, or potential to develop:
- Proficiency in Data Analysis Tools and Languages: Expertise in analytical tools and programming languages to extract, manipulate, and analyse revenue-related datasets.
- Experience with Data Visualization Tools: Proficiency in creating visually compelling and user-friendly dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to communicate insights effectively.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to support revenue growth and strategic decision-making.

TRAINING & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Pricing Manager or related role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Experience in a commercial industry.
- Experience in a data analyst, pricing role.
- Professional experiences gained in industries or sectors outside of Animal & Human Health are welcomed.
