Are you an ambitious and driven individual with a talent for sales and a strong commercial mindset? We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our SYNAPS product line team and help drive our business forward. In this exciting role, you’ll manage the sales, help identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
As Sales manager you:
- Execute and grow the sales in line with business targets, both quantity and profit wise
- Maintain and nurture long-lasting relationships with existing customers & distributors
- Identify and engage potential customers, and help drive campaigns to generate new business opportunities
- Present our products and services to potential customers, offering solutions that meet their needs
- Manage the entire sales cycle covering lead generation, solution development and proposal, negotiation & closure, implementation, recurring revenue & customer satisfaction management
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process
- Assist with tracking and reporting on sales metrics, ensuring the sales targets are being met and identifying areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide input on the sales strategy, incl. 5 years’ financial plan
- Support in marketing planning and execution
Your desired profile:
- You have a Master degree with proven commercial/business interest
- You have 2-3 years of commercial experience, in sales, business development or marketing in a B2B environment, within an international and multi-disciplinary context
- You are affiliated with customers and technical products, have commercial understanding of customer/market needs and have a good business sense
- You have strong communication and inter-personal skills with the ability to engage with customers and internal teams effectively
- You take initiative, ownership and work independently to achieve your goals
- You are able to deal with change; you have a flexible mindset and are you are stress resilient
- You have good knowledge of English, German or Spanish is a plus
- You are willing to travel (up to 30%)
