Your Key Responsibilities?
As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in developing and expanding IRIS’s presence in the Middle East & Asia Pacific regions. You’ll work closely with B2B clients, distributors, resellers, and partners, building long-term relationships and driving business growth. This is a high-impact role where your expertise and proactive approach will help businesses streamline their document management with our IRIS portable scanners and PDF solutions.
- Sales Development: Identify and engage with new and existing clients, understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships through regular follow-ups, meetings, and product presentations.
- Full Sales Cycle: Manage everything from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and after-sales support.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with marketing on lead generation initiatives and adapt sales strategies to local market dynamics.
- Product Expertise: Provide product demonstrations and training to partners and clients, ensuring they maximize the value of IRIS solutions.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to keep our approach innovative and effective.
What We’re Looking For?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Sales, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the tech or software industry with Middle Eastern & Asia Pacific markets.
- Strong sales acumen, proactive mindset, and results orientation.
- Fluent in English and French, any other languages is a strong plus.
