Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for independent Business Analysts who have the courage to take on a wide range of tasks in collaboration with our clients and internal consultants. If you are interested in acting as the liaison between the worlds of IT and business working with clients to gather requirements utilizing a variety of techniques including agile principles and methodologies, we have the perfect position for you!

As a Business Analyst, you will:

• Documenting client requirements
• Acting as the interface between the client and development team to ensure the requirements are being translated into the solution accurately
• Track the progress of the solution through development
• Manage the user acceptance testing
• Communicate and educate the client and user community on the solution through training materials and technical documentation

Who are you?

Required technical and professional expertise:

• Fluent English and Dutch or French (written & spoken)
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology or other related subjects
• At least 4 years of work experience as Business Analyst
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Able to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
• Excellent documentation skills
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills

Preferred technical and professional experience:

• In addition to your technical skills, we would like you to have a strong business understanding and good communication skills
