Key Responsibilities:

Here’s what you’ll dive into every day:

  • Unlock Growth Opportunities: Partner with insights, brand, trade marketing, revenue management, and sales teams to spot category growth potential and craft irresistible customer selling stories;
  • Turn Data into Action: Master Excel and sales data (like Nielsen) to transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that excite internal teams and external partners alike;
  • Build Winning Relationships: Become the trusted go-to for customers and Key Account Managers (KAMs), offering objective advice, evaluating in-store performance, and co-creating joint category plans that drive sustainable growth;
  • Lead with Vision: Shape and execute a bold Category Vision and Account Plan that boosts AB InBev and the beer category, while keeping our portfolio aligned with customer and company goals;
  • Drive Premiumization: Deliver market and shopper insights to fuel premium and super-premium segment growth, supporting our 1-year business plan with a clear, strategic roadmap;
  • Support Sales Success: Create and maintain key reporting tools for quarterly sales, distribution, and market share, while analyzing trends to uncover risks and opportunities for growth;
  • Inspire Collaboration: Work seamlessly across Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Revenue Management to deliver compelling presentations that grow our value share and influence key stakeholders.

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re on the hunt for passionate, driven individuals who are ready to make an impact, whether you’re a seasoned pro or just starting out. Here’s what we’d love to see:

  • Education: A university degree in Business, Management, Applied Economics, Statistics, or a related field, or working toward one;
  • Experience: Ideally, 2–4 years in category management, sales, analytics, account management, revenue management, or trade marketing. But if you’re newer to the game, we’re excited to hear from you too!
  • Analytical Spark: You’re comfortable with data (Excel is a great start) and eager to turn numbers into ideas that drive growth, no matter your level of expertise;
  • Communication Flair: You can share ideas clearly and confidently, whether it’s a quick chat or a big presentation, and you’re excited to grow your skills here;
  • Shopper Curiosity: You’re interested in what makes shoppers tick and ready to learn how to use those insights to win;
  • People Person: You love connecting with others, inside and outside the company, and want to build relationships that matter;
  • Bold Mindset: You’re a thinker who’s not afraid to ask questions, challenge ideas, and bring fresh energy to the table.
