We are seeking a Team Manager – Employee Technology & Innovation to establish and lead a new team dedicated to driving enterprise-wide adoption of emerging technologies that enhance employee experience and productivity. This role will be instrumental in shaping the strategy, vision, and implementation roadmap for next-generation employee technologies and HR solutions.
This is a unique opportunity to build and scale a new function that bridges HR, and business needs to transform the way employees interact with technology. You will play a key role in storytelling, influencing, and driving cultural change to ensure successful adoption of digital innovations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive HR digital transformation, ensuring technology enhances the employee experience.
- Streamline HR processes through automation, optimizing onboarding, talent management, and payroll.
- Test and implement new HR technologies, running pilots in an Innovation Lab before enterprise-wide rollout.
- Lead AI-powered tool adoption, including Microsoft 365 Copilot and efficient workflows, to improve collaboration.
- Develop change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of emerging technologies.
- Establish governance frameworks for smart AI use, ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
- Manage budgets and resource allocation, ensuring AI and automation initiatives deliver strong ROI.
- Oversee vendor partnerships, collaborating with HR tech providers, startups, and industry experts.
- Develop training programs to equip employees and HR teams with the skills to leverage AI and automation.
- Create communication strategies to engage employees and drive enthusiasm for emerging technologies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Transformation, Business, HR Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in enterprise technology adoption, HR digital transformation, and change management.
- Strategic leadership in building and scaling new functions, setting priorities, and driving operations.
- Expertise in AI-powered tools, workplace automation, and HR technology ecosystems.
- Strong change management skills, with the ability to communicate, align stakeholders, and drive adoption.
- Cross-functional collaboration experience, working with HR, IT, legal, and business leaders.
- Leadership and team-building abilities, fostering a culture of innovation and digital enablement.
- Understanding of governance and compliance for AI-driven workplace tools.
- Experience in vendor management and technology procurement is a plus.
