VP of Enterprise Sales - EMEA

As the Vice President of Enterprise Sales EMEA, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing Lighthouse's enterprise sales strategy across global hotel chains. You will leverage your industry expertise and established relationships to drive new business opportunities and position a full portfolio of solutions, including legacy products, newly acquired product lines, and future innovations. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President Enterprise and Data Services , you will be responsible for generating $1.5M to $2M in new revenue annually, while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

- Develop and execute a multi-year sales strategy aligned with business objectives;
- Leverage industry relationships to establish strategic partnerships within key accounts;
- Create a coordinated sales strategy in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Product Management;
- Maintain detailed account plans for key clients and provide regular updates to senior leadership;
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline that consistently delivers revenue growth;
- Effectively qualify opportunities to maximize revenue margin and customer lifetime value;
- Work with Sales Operations, our Senior VP of Enterprise & Data Services and our CRO to develop KPIs for measuring the success of the Enterprise Sales function;
- Collaborate with Account Management and Enterprise Services to ensure seamless post-deal implementation and high customer satisfaction;
- Act as a subject matter expert for Marketing and client events as needed.
Who you are
- 10+ years of Enterprise Sales experience and 5+ in the hospitality vertical;
- Proven relationships with C-level executives within major global hotel chains;
- Strong track record of new business development and complex deal execution;
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales strategies, SaaS/DaaS delivery models, and pricing structures;
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate business impact internally and externally;
- Proficiency in Salesforce and enterprise sales planning;
- Industry expertise in hospitality technology and distribution ecosystem;
- Proactive, hands-on attitude with a strong ability to drive results and build consensus.
