This role is responsible for understanding and advocating for the unique needs and preferences of the local market, ensuring that products and services are tailored to meet these demands. By maintaining a clear market roadmap and fostering strong communication channels between local teams and Gaming1's central functions, the Market Experience Manager ensures that market priorities are met and that Gaming1's offerings are competitive and relevant.

YOUR PROFILE
- At least 5 years’ experience in related roles within the sports betting and/or casino industry
- Familiarity and experience within the gambling or sports betting industry in the Belgian market
- Ability to interpret and analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and regulatory frameworks
- Understanding of product management lifecycle and experience working with technical teams
- A keen eye for good customer experience and ability to participate in product design phases of projects
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey market insights and updates
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in managing complex cross-functional projects
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, ability to generate and interpret reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Strong understanding of business strategies and market dynamics
- Experience working with C-level stakeholders
- Fluent in French and English
