At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Analyze and document business requirements;
• Perform business model and process analysis;
• Model business processes using industry-standard techniques;
• Analyze functional requirements and business cases;
• Conduct risk assessments;
• Support the creation of business cases, vision documents, project charters, and security plans.

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Bachelor Degree with minimum 13 years of general IT experience (or Master Degree with minimum 9 years of experience);
• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with BPMN and UML;
• At least 5 years of experience with SQL and conceptual data model design;
• At least 5 years of experience designing mockups and wireframes using tools such as Balsamiq;
• At least 5 years of experience in requirements elicitation;
• At least 2 years of experience working with Jira;
• Good knowledge of analysis and modelling techniques (e.g., use case diagrams, state diagrams, entity relationship models, interaction diagrams);
• Good knowledge of wiki platforms and collaborative tools;
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., RUP, Agile);
• Strong ability to prepare and draft business analysis documentation;
• Good knowledge of large organization administrative business processes;
• Good knowledge of information systems matters;
• BABOK certification is considered an advantage;
• Proficiency in English at a minimum C1 level.
