Global Product Manager

We are seeking a Global Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of our software portfolio within Agfa Radiology Solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of SaaS, automation and pricing strategies. As the bridge between market needs, R&D, and commercial teams, you will ensure our software solutions deliver value to customers while supporting business growth.
What You'll Do:
- Define and execute the global product strategy for a segment of our software portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs;
- Drive product lifecycle management, from ideation and development to commercialization and phase-out strategies;
- Conduct market research and customer insights analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and opportunities for innovation;
- Work closely with R&D and application teams to define product requirements, roadmap, and feature development, ensuring customer needs are met;
- Develop and manage pricing strategies, considering market dynamics, customer value, and revenue growth potential;
- Collaborate with regional marketing and sales teams to support product launches, sales enablement, and go-to-market strategies;
- Oversee the business case development for new product initiatives, including financial analysis and investment justification;
- Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and continuously improving product performance and user experience;
- Lead cross-functional teams in project management, ensuring timely and efficient execution of product development and commercialization plans;
- Stay updated on healthcare IT trends, SaaS innovations, AI-driven automation, and regulatory changes to drive future product developments.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Healthcare Technology, or a related field;
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B healthcare software, SaaS, or automation solutions;
- Strong understanding of radiology workflows, PACS, AI-powered automation, or healthcare software ecosystems is a plus;
- Experience in pricing strategy, business case development, and market analysis;
- Proven ability to manage complex software development projects and work cross-functionally in a global environment;
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and collaboration with R&D teams;
- Experience working in a highly regulated healthcare environment is an advantage;
- Strategic thinking with a strong business acumen;
- Technical understanding of SaaS, automation, and healthcare software solutions;
- Analytical skills to assess market opportunities and drive data-driven decisions;
- Project management expertise, with the ability to manage multiple priorities;
- Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders across different functions and regions;
- Collaboration and leadership in a matrixed, global organization.
