About the role
You will be working in a team that supports the Global Head of Sustainability & Corporate Affairs. You will ensure seamless team operations by managing schedules, meetings, travel, budgets, and internal communication, fostering efficiency and collaboration.
What you’ll do
- Manage complex calendars and proactively organize meetings and appointments;
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including bookings, visas, and accommodations;
- Handle correspondence, prioritize requests, and act as liaison between internal and external stakeholders;
- Support budget monitoring, create purchase orders, manage invoices, and prepare expense reports;
- Organize team events, meetings, and celebrations to foster team spirit and collaboration;
- Support onboarding of new team members and engage actively with the assistant network.
Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior management;
- Fluent in written and spoken English and French;
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive and solution-driven mindset;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and adaptability to new digital tools;
- Ability to work under pressure, manage diverse projects, and meet tight deadlines with a positive attitude.
