Your Role
You will primarily work as a project assistant, but you are part of the Business Services Services team, involving general administrative tasks and back-up of colleagues in all areas from reception, to travel, to events.
Provide support to the project manager and the project team:
- Organize project related meetings;
- Take minutes of team meetings, management meetings and occasional technical or commercial meetings where needed;
- Lay out (official) documents;
- Compile or prepare slide decks;
- Coordinate international visits;
- Coordinate and redact reports;
- Coordinate workflows for specific aspects of the project;
- Manage stakeholder register;
- Create project related PO’s.
Provide general support as a member of the Business Support Services team:
- NDA administration;
- Schedule meetings;
- Handle translation requests;
- Conference registrations;
- Various other administrative tasks.
Job requirements
Your Profile:
- Have an interest in all aspects of offshore wind;
- Excellent English verbal & written communication skills;
- Find your way in technical, legal, finance…. lingo;
- Microsoft Office holds no secrets for you;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Team Player.
