Your Role

You will primarily work as a project assistant, but you are part of the Business Services Services team, involving general administrative tasks and back-up of colleagues in all areas from reception, to travel, to events.

Provide support to the project manager and the project team:

  • Organize project related meetings;
  • Take minutes of team meetings, management meetings and occasional technical or commercial meetings where needed;
  • Lay out (official) documents;
  • Compile or prepare slide decks;
  • Coordinate international visits;
  • Coordinate and redact reports;
  • Coordinate workflows for specific aspects of the project;
  • Manage stakeholder register;
  • Create project related PO’s.

Provide general support as a member of the Business Support Services team:

  • NDA administration;
  • Schedule meetings;
  • Handle translation requests;
  • Conference registrations;
  • Various other administrative tasks.

Job requirements

Your Profile:

  • Have an interest in all aspects of offshore wind;
  • Excellent English verbal & written communication skills;
  • Find your way in technical, legal, finance…. lingo;
  • Microsoft Office holds no secrets for you;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Team Player.
