Group FP&A Manager

We are looking for our future Group FP&A Manager to join Aliaxis’ headquarters in Brussels. This role involves coordinating the financial planning cycle and management reporting processes at group level, in close collaboration with the Group FP&A Director and various key stakeholders globally and locally.
Our ideal candidate has several years of relevant financial experience managing FP&A processes, ideally within an international industrial organization. The ability to evaluate financial and business indicators critically and navigate through complex systems and reporting in a fast-paced, transformative, and global environment, is essential.
Job description
- Budget & Forecasts: support planning cycle process & timings, ensure the financial models and templates secure the right analytical review, analyze and reconcile the divisional submissions, deliver the budget/forecast group consolidation, coordinate and prepare the financial decks for the ExCom and Board of Directors.
- Group financial reporting: deliver monthly landing view to Group CFO, define and coordinate Group’s monthly reporting, analyze actuals vs budget/forecast, provide insights on key business drivers and outlines risks & opportunities.
- Strategic planning: support development of the Group LT financial strategic plan
- Ad hoc financial analysis: collaborate with stakeholders to interpret and model financial data, identify key trends, analyze underlying performance factors and provide actionable insights that drive performance improvement and profitability optimization.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years’ in managing FP&A processes, ideally within a relevant industry (such as manufacturing, retail, pharma, supply chain...). Prior experience in a leading (strategy) consulting firm is a plus.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Aptitude for evaluating financial and business indicators critically, focusing on key relevant points.
- Ability to drive the FP&A agenda and follow up on process milestones globally.
- Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with knowledge of ThinkCell. Experience with reporting tools like Cognos TM1 and PowerBI.
- Strong analytical and structured mindset, capable of summarizing large amounts of information into concise presentation decks.
- Motivation to navigate through complex systems & reporting, within a fast-paced, transformative, and diverse international environment.
