As E-KAM Belgium you will be part of the Mass Trade team, a highly dynamic and strong performing team with huge growth ambition. You will report to the Head of Mass Trade, who reports to the Commercial Director of the division. Together with the full e-commerce team you will be dedicated to accelerating our online business by building and leveraging strong internal and external collaborations.
As an E-Com Key Account Manager (E-KAM) at L’Oréal, you'll invest in the relationship with our e-retailers and be responsible for the long-term strategy to increase the presence, visibility, and results of our appealing brands. The position is both strategic and hands-on: together with your counterparts at the retailer's headquarters, you'll make a difference in assortment selection, promotion and event strategy, and look for ways to achieve growth together. All of this contributes to our brands holding a top position on the platform. At the same time, you'll ensure that agreements made with retailers are adhered to, oversee the logistics process, and bear final responsibility for contracts and the internal customer P&L.
