We are looking for a Business Process Consultant to join our banking team.

Responsibilities

• Leverage your existing knowledge and expertise to help client meet their challenges;
• Work with or act as project manager to scope and analyse the area of analysis;
• Setting project direction and providing project oversight;
• Interface with business users on functional issues to analyse and define business and functional requirements;
• Act as a bridge between the business and technology teams;
• Define testing objectives and liaise with testing teams;
• Scoping, estimation, project budgets and financials.

It will be very useful if you have some or all of the following skills and experience:

• 1 - 5 years Business Process experience;
• You can summarize complex processes and steps in an understandable way;
• Excellent analytical, reporting and presentation skills;
• Strong skills in Process Mapping & Knowledge of BPM;
• High level of competence with MS Office and Visio/ARIS;
• Fluency in English, French and/or Dutch;
• Effective communicator - liaising between stakeholders and users;
• You are a creative problem solver with a hands-on approach;
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology;
• Agile methodology experience;
• Financial Industry experience;
• Experience in Change Management;
• Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence is an asset.
